Alumina PCB

Alumina PCB is a type of ceramic PCB, which is two different concepts from aluminum PCB. Aluminum PCB uses pure aluminum as the substrate of the circuit board, and it just adds a thin layer of alumina ceramic coating on the aluminum substrate. This ceramic PCB retains the superior thermal dissipation properties of ceramics while taking advantage of the mechanical properties of IMS. Common circuit boards are generally formed by bonding copper foil and substrate. These PCB boards are prone to warping to varying degrees due to factors such as overheating, chemical factors and improper production.
