Our material procurement channels include stock platforms such as Digi-Key, Mouser, and ICkey, as well as trusted offline suppliers.

We select component suppliers based on their qualifications and specific strengths. Additionally, we employ IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) personnel to conduct incoming material inspections; they also verify the source channel for every incoming batch to ensure the goods are genuine. If the use of substitute components becomes necessary, we always seek confirmation from the client beforehand.

First, our procurement team identifies the most competitive spot-market pricing available to offer our clients. We also provide recommendations regarding scheduled-delivery orders. Concurrently, our engineering team proposes alternative solutions for the client’s consideration, and we also consult directly with the original manufacturers to identify viable substitute options.

We categorize and store components based on their type. Critical components—such as ICs—are stored in specialized dry cabinets to prevent moisture damage, while other standard materials are clearly labeled and stored within our general warehouse facilities.

Unless the client explicitly confirms that the use of recycled materials is permitted, our company will not use such materials without authorization.
