Requirements Submission
When you have a plan to produce PCBA in China, our team is ready to assist. Quoting & Contract

Cost Collecting & BOM Optimization: Our purchase team works on your BOM list, sourcing the best cost from our reliable suppliers and official agents. All equivalent parts are subject to 100% confirmation with our clients to ensure specifications are acceptable. We provide full part numbers and attached datasheets for client reference.
Once all costs are ready, our Sales team shares a formal quotation with a detailed cost breakdown. After you accept the price and terms, please request the Proforma Invoice (PI) to start our cooperation.
Engineering Preparation
After payment is received, our project manager arranges your production. Our engineering team conducts a thorough review:
- EQ (Engineering Questions) confirmation – we clarify any ambiguities in your files.
- DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis – our PCB, BOM, and DFM engineers check your Gerber files, BOM list, and assembly manual to identify and eliminate common production errors.
- NPI (New Product Introduction) meeting – we align all internal teams on your project requirements.
If any potential issues are identified, we will confirm with you through an EQ form with clear recommendations and solutions. Our free DFM feedback service helps avoid costly redesigns and ensures your design is optimized for manufacturability.
Production & Quality Control
