Why Our PCB Quality Control Method Stands Out
Unter FS Technologie, we precisely concentrate on major processes less attended to by other EMS companies. This includes rigorous Lötpasteninspektion (SPI) before reflow, Röntgenprüfung (AXI) for BGA assemblies, and comprehensive functional circuit testing (FCT) that simulates real-world operating conditions.
We are not merely a PCBA-Service provider—we are your reliable manufacturing partner committed to PCB-Qualitätskontrolle excellence at every stage of product development.
After-Sales Commitment
We stand behind every PCBA we ship. If an issue occurs, we react immediately — repair or refund, no questions asked.
PCB Quality Control Methods at FS Technology
We utilize a diversified inspection methodology to establish a multidimensional monitoring system that accurately detects and locates possible defects. Below are the core PCB quality control methods we deploy for various production volumes and product types.
In-Circuit-Tests (ICT)
Hochgeschwindigkeit PCB quality control method using test probes to detect open circuits, short circuits, and erroneous component values with exceptional speed and accuracy. Ideal for mass production PCB quality assurance.
Mehr erfahrenFlying Probe Testing
Programmable probe movement eliminates costly fixtures, offering precision PCB-Qualitätskontrolle for prototypes and small batches. Same electrical verification capability as ICT without the tooling investment.
Mehr erfahrenAutomatisierte optische Inspektion (AOI)
High-resolution cameras capture PCB images for comparison against schematics. Detects misplaced parts, solder joint defects, and cosmetic errors—an essential part of our PCB quality management workflow.
Mehr erfahrenX-Ray Inspection (AXI)
Non-destructive detection of concealed faults such as BGA solder voids and internal chip cracks. Critical for ultra-fine pitch, high-density PCB qualitätssicherung without destructive teardown.
Mehr erfahrenSolder Paste Inspection (SPI)
3D laser scanning technology verifies solder paste thickness, area, and volume distribution before reflow—preventing defects at the source. A cornerstone of our preventive PCB quality control method.
Mehr erfahrenFunktionsprüfung der Schaltung (FCT)
Simulates actual-use conditions to verify power management, signal processing, and logic control. Ensures every module meets design specifications—the final gate of PCB quality assurance before delivery.
Mehr erfahrenPCB Quality Assurance Throughout the Entire Process
Unser PCB quality management permeates every stage—design, manufacturing, and assembly—forming an impenetrable quality defense. Click each phase to explore detailed control points.
